Buy and download
Purchased products that are downloaded, can not be refunded.

Guarantee
Guarantee is giving on paid products as long as you use it in a correct way, right prestashop version etc. Free products has no guarantee. If you edit the theme and changing anything in it we give no guarantee or support for it.

If you can't download product
If it for some reason is not possible to download your paid product you have to contact us via
the contactform on our site.

Copyright
It is not allowed to distribute any of our products to third parties.
It is not allowed to remove the copyright link in the footer on our free templates, it is only allowed to remove this if you pay for it (5 euro).

Privacy Policy
Prestashop Planet does NOT trade, rent or sell your personal information to any other organization or third party. We may use your email-address to send out special offer/newsletter from our companies. If you dont want our newsletter just unsubscribe it in newsletter footer in the first newsletter you get.

Theme/modules upgrade
We can not guarantee that all of our themes and modules will be upgraded when a new prestashop version is out. But most of our themes / modules will ussually be updated.
We do not take a extra fee for this. All upgrades are free.

Free Themes and Paid Themes
There is not allowed to distrubute or resell our free themes or paid themes.
One theme is ONLY for ONE DOMAIN.

Support
Support is provided only to paid products. Support is not given if you edit or in some way edit the theme's source code.
Free products has no support.

Installation
Installation of themes or modules are not included in our products.
We can do this for a fee, contact us for the price.
